Strategic Finance Leader, Engagement Solutions

Precision AQ is seeking a VP of Finance – Engagement Solutions to lead budgeting, forecasting, month‑end reporting, and strategic financial planning for the Engagement Solutions unit. You will partner with the executive team to drive growth and profitability across four business units and support a 1,300‑employee organization.

This role requires 10–15 years of FP&A experience, strong leadership, and hands‑on partnership with senior leaders.
