Minimum Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in a janitorial or porter role is preferred. - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks. - Effective communication skills. - Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. - Basic knowledge of cleaning equipment operation.

Physical Requirements/Working Environment

- Ability to stand, walk, and engage in physical labor for extended periods. - Frequently lift objects up to 100 lbs. - Work in various weather conditions and environments.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities/Supplemental Information

- Understanding of effective cleaning techniques. - Familiarity with the use and maintenance of cleaning equipment. - Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
