Job Details Setting: Labor & Delivery Unit Location: Chillicothe, OH 45601 Assignment Length: 13 weeks Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Shift Duration: 12-hour nights Hours Per Week: 36 Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,070 - $2,180 Schedule: Weekdays, every other weekend, and holidays Call: No call required Start Date: 9/21/2026 Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Preferred: 5 years of Labor & Delivery nursing experience Preferred: Previous travel nursing experience Preferred: Epic experience Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Ability to work nights and participate in weekend and holiday coverage Must live outside the local travel radius requirement Responsibilities Provide safe, compassionate care to laboring, postpartum, and recovery patients Triage patients and prioritize care based on clinical needs Circulate cesarean sections and assist with operative deliveries Collaborate with physicians, midwives, and the multidisciplinary care team during labor and delivery Monitor maternal and fetal status throughout labor, delivery, and recovery Support vaginal and cesarean recovery with attentive, patient-centered nursing care Maintain accurate documentation and uphold unit standards, safety practices, and best practices Apply now to take the next step in your Ohio travel nursing job and join a supportive Labor & Delivery healthcare team in Chillicothe!
