Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 40

Requirements:

• Must have a valid state license
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with electronic medical records
• Preferred experience with EPIC
• Experience in orthopedic, neuro, inpatient, and outpatient settings

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plans and administers medically prescribed physical therapy treatments to patients with injuries or diseases affecting muscles, nerves, joints, and bones.
• Aims to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Collaborates with healthcare teams to evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educates patients and families about therapy processes and self-management strategies.
• Maintains accurate and updated patient records using electronic medical records systems.
