Architectural Technologist

We are in search of an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Atlanta As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for assisting architects with the design development and construction of building projects You will work closely with clients engineers and other professionals to ensure that designs are functional safe and aesthetically pleasing Key Responsibilities Collaborate with architects and clients to develop design concepts and plans Use computer software to create detailed drawings and 3D models of building designs Conduct site visits to gather measurements and assess potential challenges Research building codes regulations and materials to ensure compliance with safety standards Prepare project proposals budget estimates and timelines Communicate with contractors and suppliers throughout the construction process Review and modify plans as needed based on client feedback or site conditions Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field At least 2 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist or a similar role Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other design software Knowledge of building codes and regulations Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Salary $1600 per month Location Atlanta this is a preference but not a strict requirement Other Requirements Must have own visawork permit for employment in the US sponsorship not provided Accommodation will not be provided by the company #J-18808-Ljbffr
