ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

· Print-Time and Attendance Report and handle the creation of all attendance reports needed for the previous day.

· Assist Production Supervisors in monitoring occurrence days for factory employees.

· Keep up with annual and 90-day hourly evaluations, plus tenure raises.

· Modify the Accident Board daily

· Holds and records monthly safety meetings and keeps the folder up-to-date on the R drive

· Assist Production Supervisors/Manager with all aspects of scheduling job-site trips and typing trip reports.

· Route any documents/folders/envelopes/reports to the Plant Manager.

· Assist the Plant Manager as needed.

· Retain confidential information.

· Perform other duties as needed or requested.

· Assist in creating and editing production schedules.

· Create Blast Chiller unit label.

· Create accident/injury occurrences in the factory with the help of the corresponding production supervisor.

· Type agenda and minutes for Safety Committee meetings.

· Intercepts all requests from the downtown office and communications responses for the production team.

· Assists in adjusting the contribution report by evaluating production reports to ensure labor is correct for accounting to produce their monthly reports.

· Collects shipping production reports, the crating reports, and the refrigeration information, and sends them to accounting and scheduling for their start of the day.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: Minimum high school diploma, prefer two-year degree in a business-related field.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, computers, and basic office equipment.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Previous experience in an office setting preferred.

SKILLS/ABILITIES: Must be attentive to detail and well-organized, cooperative and willing to assist others, have excellent multi-tasking abilities, and have outstanding written and oral communication skills.
