Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty: Operating Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 - 19:00 Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 1 year License: RN License required Certifications: BLS Must-Have: Operating Room skills Description: The role involves working in a fast-paced Operating Room environment. The unit has 18 Operating Rooms. Patient ratios are maintained according to hospital standards. Unit staffing includes unit secretaries and tech availability. Advanced equipment is utilized, including robotics for procedures. The documentation system used is Meditech. The scope of procedures performed includes Hearts, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, Urology, GYN, and Robotics (DaVinci and Mako). This is a Level I trauma center. Candidates should be prepared to handle a variety of surgical cases.
