Job Responsibilities Preparation of individual and business tax returns Bookkeeping duties for various clients Preparing monthly financial statements Year-end reviews Resolve tax matters with the IRS and State Reconcile bank and credit card accounts in Quickbooks Desktop and Quickbooks online Processing A/P and A/R for clients Processing payroll and quarterly payroll reports Prepare 1099s at year end Work as part of a team on bigger projects to get them completed on time Requirements 3 plus years of experience with forms 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, 990 2-3 years Quickbooks Desktop experience 2-3 years Quickbooks Online experience Proficient with Excel Associates or Bachelor degree in Accounting or Finance preferred Sales Tax experience preferred EA or CPA Credentials preferred Payroll Preparation Experience preferred Experience with Intuit Proseries preferred Certifications & Qualifications EA CPA #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
