What You'll Do

• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to diagnose and manage musculoskeletal conditions
• Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
• Develop and follow treatment plans under physician supervision
• Order, review, and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results
• Assist surgeons during operative procedures and in the outpatient setting
• Provide pre-op and post-op patient education and follow-up care
• Perform orthopedic procedures such as joint injections and office-based interventions
• Maintain accurate documentation in the medical record
• Participate in rotational call coverage as assigned
• Support quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

What You Need

• Required:
  • Valid VT Physician Assistant license and certification (PA-C)
  • At least 1 year of orthopedic clinical experience
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Preferred:
  • Experience in surgical orthopedic settings
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
