Business Transformation Senior Manager- CS Reliability & Aircraft Performance Analytics in GAC Savannah

Unique Skills:

1. Demonstrated leadership experience in aviation performance analytics, fleet reliability, aircraft health monitoring, predictive maintenance, or a closely related technical operations environment.
2. Working knowledge of the operational and financial drivers affecting aircraft availability and customer disruption.
3. Ability to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of analytics products, including opportunity identification, use-case prioritization, requirements definition, model validation, deployment, customer adoption, value realization, and continuous improvement.
4. Experience integrating connected-aircraft data, data transmission, data quality, cloud or enterprise data platforms, analytics infrastructure, and analytic development activities into scalable operational solutions.
5. Ability to understand complex technical and reliability findings and provide data supported actionable recommendations/mitigations to leaders, technical teams, and aircraft operators.
6. Demonstrated success building cross-functional operating models and leading teams across Customer Support, Engineering, Business Technology, Marketing, Sales, and external suppliers or OEM partners without reliance on direct reporting authority.
7. Experience establishing executive dashboards, key performance indicators, governance practices, data-quality controls, and benefit-realization methods that quantify customer return on investment, avoided events, cost reduction, aircraft availability, service adoption, and enterprise value.
8. Experience developing customer engagement, communication, and adoption strategies that expand fleet participation, improve data completeness, and support subscription-based digital services.
9. Business and financial acumen sufficient to evaluate technology investments, develop business cases, manage vendor partnerships, prioritize product portfolios, and support the evolution of analytics capabilities toward a sustainable profit-and-loss model.
10. Experience with Databricks, Power BI, and Oracle for data integration, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence solutions.
11. Preferred experience with modern data and visualization platforms, statistical or predictive modeling, product management, Agile delivery, change management, and data governance; direct hands-on coding expertise is beneficial but not required.

 

 

Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field or an equivalent combination of education and related experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. 10 years of related progressive experience to include 3 years supervisory or project management experience. Master's Degree in a related fieldmay offset 1 year of experience requirement.

Position Purpose :

The Customer Support Business Transformation Senior Manager will work with CS business unit and functional leaders as well as the Business Technology team to execute on a variety of strategic and transformative projects aimed at achieving the strategic and financial objectives of the business and preparing the business for the future. Drive business transformation efforts across one or more Customer Support teams.

Frame the initiative scope and strategy and lead the execution of the recommendations. Lead the execution teams drawn from the Business Technology, the Customer Support business and strategic partners.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

1. Ownership of the CS technology / process improvement roadmap. Provide CS leadership with recommended investment opportunities (time, technology, applications, etc) and the associated. Ensure strategic alignment with Business Technology and the CS business. .
2. Drive the conception, scope definition, and execution of various types of strategic and operational business transformation initiatives, ranging from Operational Strategy to Process Improvement to Reporting. Drive the prioritization of CS Projects. .
3. Provide proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, and improve customer experience.
4. Partnering with cross-functional teams, execute plans to achieve business objectives while assessing and mitigating risks and issues to ensure successful delivery of programs/projects.
5. Coach/advise Senior Leaders on their roles, behavior expectations and change opportunities to enable transformational change across the business.
6. Act as a change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques.
7. Working with the Director of Business Transformation, provide effective leadership for the initiatives under analysis and execution.
8. Provide senior leadership and functional unit management with updates on project status, key metrics, issues, and risks.
9. Understand and analyze various drivers impacting key metrics and outcomes and provide a fact-based recommendation to the stakeholders.
10. Be a liaison between business units on projects that have a multi-organization or business unit scope.
11. Facilitate team meetings and cross-functional workshops.
12. Conduct analyses needed to prove or disprove the hypotheses driving the project execution.
13. Proactively anticipate and work towards mitigating risks to project execution or stakeholder engagement.
14. Support others by providing coaching on business transformation and process improvement methodologies and tools.
