Alignment Technician

We are seeking a skilled Alignment Technician to join our team. The primary purpose of this position is to provide high-quality alignment services while prioritizing safety as the top goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and replace components such as tie rod ends, drag links, U-bolts, and shims.
• Inspect vehicles and identify worn or damaged parts; recommend necessary repairs.
• Troubleshoot customer concerns and verify repairs through thorough testing.
• Utilize methods, materials, tools, and techniques for vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance.
• Operate Beeline Alignment tools, requiring basic computer skills.
• Adhere to safety practices and procedures at all times; follow all federal and state requirements.
• Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, organized work area.
• Accurately document services and repairs performed.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, other agencies, and the public.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, including manufacturers' service specifications.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of alignment experience is required.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Ability to work independently and part of a team
• State Inspection License is required
• Ability to obtain a CDL
