Base pay range $155,000.00/yr - $170,000.00/yr Exciting opportunity to join an established and growing private equity firm headquartered in West Palm Beach. This position will assist with fund accounting for various investment portfolios. Offers strong career growth potential and a great work culture. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the CFO Calculate NAV reporting Review month-end close packages from the administrator and oversee internal shadow allocations and expense accruals Collaborate with Operations team on month-end reconciliations with the administrator Support IR team with ad hoc and monthly investor requests, DDQ responses Coordinate with General Counsel on fund and investor document reviews Manage accounting aspects of new fund launches, including structuring, account opening, and participating in meetings and investor calls Coordinate with Management Company Accountants on fee and incentive forecasts Review audited financials and fund tax filings (K-1, Federal + State) Perform other duties as assigned Requirements: 6+ years of fund accounting experience Excellent attention to detail Seniority level Director Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Financial Services and Venture Capital and Private Equity Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Leeds Professional Resources by 2x.
