CNAs work under the direction of licensed nursing staff and are responsible for ensuring residents' comfort, safety, and dignity while complying with all federal, state, and local regulations governing long‑term care facilities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provides continuous care and comfort to assigned residents Assists residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding Monitors and documents residents' daily food and fluid intake Assists residents with mobility, including standing, walking, exercising, repositioning, and transfers Safely escorts and transports residents throughout the facility Observes and reports changes in residents' physical or emotional condition to nursing staff Completes and maintains accurate resident documentation and records Supports a respectful, team‑oriented care environment Performs other related duties as assigned JOB TRAINING Expected training and orientation period: up to 6 months , depending on prior experience and competency QUALIFICATIONS Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or completion of an approved CNA training program High school diploma or GED required At least one year of prior CNA experience preferred , but not required Ability to follow care plans and nursing instructions Compassionate, dependable, and resident‑focused CNA PERKS & BENEFITS $1,250 Sign-On Bonus Competitive pay with Modified Compensation Plan Generous bonus opportunities Growth and advancement opportunities Medical insurance with prescription coverage Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid vacation Join us during an exciting period of positive change under new management and help us deliver the care our residents deserve.
