About This Role Clinical Care & Patient Support Provide direct patient care, including nurse visits, health education, and support for patients and families. Document accurately in the EHR and ensure timely completion of clinical tasks. Monitor patient portal activity and respond to inquiries as appropriate. Clinical Operations & Oversight Oversee EHR workflows and ensure completion of MA tasks and open order tracking. Maintain lab compliance (CLIA-waived testing), medication inventory, and vaccine management (storage, logs, and monitoring). Order and manage clinical supplies based on site needs. Quality, Compliance & Collaboration Ensure adherence to Evara Health policies and all HIPAA, State, Federal, and accreditation standards. Partner with Leadership to support operations, team performance, and continuous improvement. Scheduling / Coverage Needs 7:00 a.m.–11:00 a.m. or 4:00 p.m.–8:00 p.m. Because this is a new service line, final schedules are still being developed. Shift assignments will be determined based on business needs, patient scheduling demands, and candidate availability. We are open to considering a variety of schedule arrangements, including morning shifts, evening shifts, weekend shifts, part-time schedules, and rotating coverage models. Candidates do not need to be available for every shift window to apply. We encourage applicants to share their scheduling preferences during the interview process so we can evaluate the best fit for both the candidate and the needs of the service.
