Your Role

As a

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

, you’ll provide hands-on care and support to our residents while helping create a safe, comfortable, and respectful environment. Your responsibilities will include: Providing compassionate daily care to residents

Assisting residents with activities of daily living and personal care

Making regular resident rounds and responding to resident needs

Taking and reporting resident information as directed

Making beds and maintaining clean, safe resident rooms

Keeping water pitchers clean, filled, and within residents’ reach

Following facility policies, nursing procedures, and safety regulations

Reporting resident needs and concerns to the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, Director of Nursing, or Administrator

Working as part of the nursing team to provide quality resident care

CNA Qualifications

Current

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

certification OR currently enrolled in a nursing assistant certification program

At least

6 months of CNA experience

preferred, or clinical experience through a nursing assistant certification program

Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care

Ability to work effectively with residents, families, nurses, and other healthcare team members
