Responsibilities Works hand- in- hand with the Physician to achieve quality outcomes for the patient. Performs direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and collaborates with RN on the plan of care. Assists with activities of daily living, medication administration, and phlebotomy. Transcribes orders, documents, and reinforces patient and family education. Collaborates with other team members to perform other unit services as directed. Qualifications Graduate of a recognized accredited school of practical nursing, or graduate from a non‑accredited school of practical nursing with three years related professional nursing experience. (Required) Previous experience in medical office or health‑care setting. (Preferred) Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) by the Indiana Professional Licensing Agency (IPLA). #J-18808-Ljbffr
