Our benefits package includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, generous paid time off and holidays, 401(k) plan with company match, life insurance, flexible spending and health savings account, mental health support and resources, short and long-term disability, and tuition reimbursement.LOCATION: This position requires frequent travel to project sites across the continental United States (CONUS) and outside the continental United States (OCONUS).Hourly Range: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour + per diemABOUT THE JOBThe Tepa Companies are seeking a Mechanical Foreman to supervise a crew while performing various day‐to‐day tasks required in the field construction of aboveground storage tanks and/or mechanical fuel systems, including but not limited to executing any other general labor tasks as assigned.Job Functions:Supervise and assist and workers in their performance of assigned dutiesEnsure equipment is inspected and maintained in proper working conditionRead and properly interpret engineering construction drawingsConduct daily safety meetings (JHAs) when neededFollow all safety rules, recognize and report safety hazardsPlan work as assigned and select proper toolsFollow welding specificationsAssist with hanging iron and fitting pipeOperate automatic welding equipment (if qualified)WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORHigh School diploma or GED5+ years of relevant pipe fitting experienceMust be able to pass the required weld test (SMAW/FCAW in all positions)Must be able to fit structural plate and pipingMust have a working knowledge of AWS, API, ANSI, and ASME codes and standardsExperience in the petroleum system construction/repair industryMust be able to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and written instructionsMust be able to troubleshoot and have a strong attention to detailMust have physical dexterityMust be able to understand, read and write in EnglishMust be able to work in elevated areasMust be willing to travelMust have a valid driver’s licenseMust obtain a TWIC cardMust be able to obtain and maintain access to U.S. military installations, including successfully passing a drug screen and back ground check in compliance with federal regulationEqual Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledSalary Range: #J-18808-Ljbffr Tepa-Companies
