Job Summary Jim Taylor Ford Lincoln is seeking a full‑time Ford Diesel Technician to join our team at our Ruston, LA location. This role is responsible for performing diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Ford diesel vehicles while supporting a service department focused on quality, efficiency, and doing the job right. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail‑oriented, mechanically strong, and motivated to grow.
