We are partnering with a leading construction organization to identify an experienced Construction Program Executive to oversee large-scale, mission-critical construction programs in the Fargo, ND region.

What You'll be Doing:

• Provide executive leadership for large-scale construction programs from planning through final turnover
• Lead and develop project managers, superintendents, field leaders, and support teams
• Establish a culture centered on safety, accountability, quality, and continuous improvement
• Serve as the primary executive contact for owners, general contractors, design partners, and key stakeholders
• Oversee project execution, scheduling, staffing, procurement, quality control, commissioning, and site logistics
• Drive workforce planning, organizational growth, and succession development strategies
• Monitor project performance, productivity, risk management, and operational efficiency
• Maintain executive oversight of forecasting, cash flow, budgeting, billing, margins, and profitability
• Lead strategic planning efforts for future projects, expansions, and long-term regional growth
• Identify and resolve major project risks while ensuring successful delivery across all phases

Who We're Looking For:

• 15+ years of progressive construction leadership experience
• Proven success leading large, complex construction projects or multi-project programs
• Strong background in financial management, forecasting, budgeting, contract administration, and risk mitigation
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across operations, project management, field execution, quality, commissioning, and support functions
• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Deep commitment to workplace safety and operational excellence
• Experience with mission-critical, industrial, advanced manufacturing, data center, semiconductor, pharmaceutical, or similarly complex projects is highly desirable
• Familiarity with advanced scheduling and project controls tools such as Primavera P6, Earned Value Management (EVM), and Last Planner System preferred
