Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze healthcare staffing data from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in healthcare workforce data
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to understand data needs
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Support client reporting requirements with accurate and timely data insights
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the healthcare staffing sector
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with healthcare data privacy regulations
- Automate data collection and reporting processes to improve efficiency
- Present analytical findings to internal stakeholders and clients
- Stay current with healthcare industry trends and data analytics tools
- Assist in developing predictive models for staffing demand forecasting
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within healthcare or staffing
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, and Python or R
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar
- Strong understanding of healthcare data systems and reporting standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for remote collaboration
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a remote environment
- Knowledge of healthcare staffing metrics and workforce analytics
- Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare data privacy regulations
- Preferred: Experience with statistical modeling and predictive analytics
- Preferred: Certification in data analytics or healthcare informatics
