Mon. – Fri. Full time
Presbyterian Village, a Premier Retirement Community located in Austell, GA is seeking experienced, compassionate, and professional RN Supervisor with strong leadership skills who enjoys working with seniors for a fulltime Monday - Friday position working 3pm-11pm.

Duties will include supervising the day-to-day nursing activities performed by Certified Nursing Assistants and LPN’s by assessing, planning, delegating and utilizing independent judgment in directing staff to provide appropriate care for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chart information regarding resident: progress, diagnoses, medication, symptoms, and observations.
- Administer medications as needed.
- Discuss with supervising nursing staff the progress of residents, plan of care, and care continuum.
- Provide various treatments as recommended by the physician.
- Perform physical assessments of residents.
- Handle admissions and/or discharges should the need occur.
Nursing Supervisor (RN) qualifications include:
- Current Georgia RN License
- 2 years of supervisory experience (preferably in LTC/skilled nursing community)
- Excellent leadership skills
- Current CPR/BLS First Aid Certification
- Genuine passion for working with seniors
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lead and foster teamwork
- Good documentation skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Comply with current federal, state, and local regulations governing nursing care in the execution of assigned duties.
