MRI TechnologistAnsible Government Solutions, LLC (Ansible) is currently seeking MRI Technologists to support operations at the San Diego VA Medical Center located at 3350 La Jolla Village Dr, San Diego, CA 92161. Full-time and Per Diem positions with competitive packages are available. To address these challenges, we employ intelligent and committed staff who take care of our customers' success as if it is their own.ResponsibilitiesOperates a super conductive Magnetic Resonance Imager (MRI), a highly complex computerized imaging device which employs the use of strong magnetic fields and radio waves to acquire images of the entire body, including the brain, neck, spine, chest, body, and extremitiesQualificationsARRT(MR) certificationBasic Life Support (BLS) certificationFluoroscopy permit (preferred but not required)Familiar with all radiographic diagnostic fluoroscopy, surgery procedures, portable (including C-Arm), and routine general diagnostic examsPACS work experienceAgfs PACS work experience (preferred but not required)Two years of current work experience (within the last two years) in specialized modalityDemonstrated experience starting Intravenous (IV), and performing contrast injections; IV certification is preferred but not requiredNo sponsorship availablePay Range: $43.43 - $59.41 hourlyAll candidates must be able to:Sit, stand, walk, lift, squat, bend, twist, and reach above shoulders during the work shiftLift up to 50 lbs from floor to waistLift up to 20 lbsCarry up to 40 lbs a reasonable distancePush/pull with 30 lbs of forceAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.
