About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Marketing & Communications to lead its brand strategy, storytelling, and communication efforts. This pivotal role is focused on driving awareness, engagement, and support for the organization's mission, particularly during a time of growth and national expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping how the company communicates its impact, both locally and nationally, and must have a deep understanding of the education ecosystem, with a proven track record of building national brands. The role requires a strategic thinker who is also a builder, with a relentless commitment to centering the stories and voices of the community college students the organization serves. The Executive Director will lead a team, manage the marketing and communications budget, and ensure that all activities are in line with the company's values of equity, excellence, and community.
