Requirements ASAP START NEEDED - LOCAL/DRIVE IN PREFERRED 4 Allina Health Clinic Locations: - Eden Prairie Clinic: 775 Prairie Center Dr Eden Prairie MN 55344 -- Biggest Need -- - Greenway Clinic: Greenway Lakes Commons 3270 W Lake St Minneapolis MN 55416 - East Lake Street Clinic: 3024 Snelling Ave S Minneapolis MN 55406 - Bloomington Clinic: 7920 Old Cedar Ave S Bloomington MN 55425 1-2 FTE Needed Can split 1 FTE between 2 providers 2 weeks per month Specialty: OB/GYN General – Clinic Coverage Start Date: ASAP Contract Length: 6 months with option to extend Shift Details: Monday through Friday 7am-3pm flexible start end times Possibility of overnight 7pm to 7am or weekend call 7am-7am. Call can be 12hr or 24hr shifts Work Details: • Support staff: 1:1 Clinical Assistant medical assistant or LPN RNs on site w/exception of Greenway location. Providers will be expected to collaborate with midwives as well. Team also includes 2 Nurse Practitioners • Patients per day: 18-22 • Department description: General • EMR: EPIC. Experience preferred not required. • Skills required: General Clinic Experience. LARC insertion Colposcopy Endometrial Biopsy LEEP Practice Setting: • Clinic • Hospital call shifts Requirements: • Board Certification: Required • License required: MN License • DEA: Required • Minimum experience required: 1 year of experience required • Credentialing Timeframe: 90-120 days. Possibility of emergency privileges with clean background • OT: 1.5x normal rate • Holiday: - 1.5x normal rate – New Year’s Day Memorial Day Independence Day Labor Day Thanksgiving Day Christmas Day [00:00 – 23:59] Shift Info: Day 5x8-Hour 07:00 - 03:30
