You’re here to build what’s next, on a team that outperforms every norm. Responsibilities Prepare cost estimates and cost plans, incorporating benchmarking data for review. Develop value engineering and life cycle costing options to optimize project efficiency. Identify potential risks and help maintain the project’s Risk Register. Contribute to pre-contract process meetings, offering cost-related insights. Create and manage cost control reports to track financial performance. Attend client meetings with senior colleagues and document key discussion points and actions. Participate in design team meetings, assess cost implications, and implement agreed outcomes. Assist in developing standardized project templates for consistent documentation. Prepare and manage change order logs, invoice logs, and detailed cost reports. Oversee measurements and pricing research for development appraisals and qualification reviews. $100,000 - $125,000 a year We accept applications on an ongoing basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. 3 years of minimum cost management experience. Proficient in the use of advanced functions in CostX to produce estimates, bills, etc. Bonus Points Project Management Experience. Team player with the ability to clearly communicate verbally and in writing. Organized and detail oriented.
