Key Responsibilities

• Contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to critically ill patients as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver direct patient care in a CCU/ICU setting, adhering to established clinical protocols and standards of practice.
• Utilize the Epic electronic medical records system to accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Float within the same discipline across local campuses as needed to support staffing requirements.
• Participate in required holiday coverage, including up to two of three designated summer holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent CCU or ICU RN experience required.
• Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse (RN) state license required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association required.
• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification through the American Heart Association required.
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required.
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Preferred Experience / Skills

• At least one prior travel nursing contract completed preferred.
• Experience working in a Level 1, 2, 3, or 4 trauma center environment preferred.
