We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join a service-focused team on a contract basis with the potential for a permanent position. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers, managing high-volume communication, and ensuring accurate order handling from start to finish. The role combines phone-based support with administrative coordination, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Respond to incoming customer calls with professionalism, providing timely assistance and clear information regarding products, services, and order-related questions.
• Enter customer orders accurately into internal systems and verify details to help ensure smooth processing and fulfillment.
• Handle a steady volume of customer interactions across inbound and outbound calls while maintaining a positive and solution-oriented approach.
• Address service concerns, resolve routine issues, and escalate more complex matters when additional support is needed.
• Maintain organized records of customer conversations, requests, and updates to support follow-through and service accuracy.
• Use Microsoft Excel and related office tools to track information, update reports, and support daily customer service activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify order details, confirm status updates, and help coordinate timely responses for customers.• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, call center support, or a similar client-facing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inbound calls and deliver attentive service in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience with order entry and strong attention to detail when processing customer information.
• Comfortable making outbound calls as needed to follow up on requests, updates, or service matters.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer skills for data entry and record maintenance.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact clearly and courteously.
• Ability to stay organized, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy while handling multiple responsibilities.
