Production Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day plant operations and production activities
  • Lead and train plant operators and production staff
  • Maintain safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards
  • Monitor equipment performance and support maintenance initiatives
  • Coordinate scheduling, inventory, and production processes
  • Resolve operational and customer-related issues
  • Track operational metrics and support continuous improvement projects
  • Maintain accurate production records and reporting
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years of related industrial or plant operations experience
  • Previous plant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in industrial environments and perform physical job duties as required

  • Experience managing teams in a fast-paced production environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive results effectively
