Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day plant operations and production activities
- Lead and train plant operators and production staff
- Maintain safety, environmental, and housekeeping standards
- Monitor equipment performance and support maintenance initiatives
- Coordinate scheduling, inventory, and production processes
- Resolve operational and customer-related issues
- Track operational metrics and support continuous improvement projects
- Maintain accurate production records and reporting
- High school diploma or GED required
- 5+ years of related industrial or plant operations experience
- Previous plant leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in industrial environments and perform physical job duties as required
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Experience managing teams in a fast-paced production environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and drive results effectively
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
