The Opportunity We are looking for a proven restaurant leader to join us as Assistant Manager at our LoHi location, as we expand both our hours and our company. This is not a placeholder role. It is a clear pathway to a General Manager position as we expand along the Front Range. What You Will Do Lead and inspire the floor team during dinner service, setting the tone for warm, attentive, high-caliber hospitality every shift Hold the team to clear expectations and high standards, coaching in the moment and celebrating wins consistently Build and maintain a culture where every person takes pride in their work and their workplace Partner with the GM on scheduling, inventory, training, and operational systems Serve as manager on duty for your shifts, owning the guest experience from open to close Actively develop your skills and knowledge to prepare for a GM role as new locations open What We Are Looking For 3+ years of restaurant management experience in a full-service, upscale, or fine-casual environment Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams through accountability, coaching, and genuine care A hospitality-first mindset. You genuinely love making people feel welcome and you notice the details that matter Strong communication skills and the confidence to set and hold standards with kindness and clarity Ambition and readiness to grow. You are excited by the idea of running your own restaurant Familiarity with wine, oysters, and Italian cuisine is a plus.
