Assistant / Associate Specialist Digital Brand Experience - Hollister

**Job Description:**The Assistant / Associate Specialist, Brand Experience Digital role will lead end-to-end strategy development and execution for the Hollister site and app. They are a core member of the brand experience pod, ensuring that brand marketing campaigns are translated through customer-facing messaging in internal digital channels. They partner with several cross-functional teams across the organization, including Merchandising, Marketing Creative, and Digital Operations. The Digital Specialist is the subject matter expert in digital content strategy, bringing critical thinking and creative problem-solving to maximize internal digital campaign and product support.This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio. **What Will You Be Doing?*** Owns site and app (seasonal and weekly) marketing content strategy, optimization, and planning. Sees through content updates for owned channels from planning to execution* Understands how other marketing channels (like paid, social, affiliate, etc) work together to form total customer journey by partnering closely with other channel owners* Partners closely with Data & Analytics, customer insights, and product/UX to understand data behind customer journey* Marketplace expert- is relentless about patterning and understands what competitors are doing* Reviews and proofs all seasonal & weekly content, ensuring strategy and brand cuts through in marketing. Provides strategic feedback and voices curiosities on marketing content.* Owns seasonal and weekly site and app learning agenda, including seasonal A/B testing* Partners with ECM, Audience Strategy, Site Merch, Promo Planning and Digital Operations to have deep understanding of current site capabilities, e-spots, audiences, and audience goals* Ensures the right digital content is shown to the right customer audience at the right time* Supports seasonal planning and new digital initiatives, helping translate strategic priorities into customer-facing digital experiences* Provides strategic recommendations during content reviews, planning discussions, and leadership shareouts* Monitors site and app experiences to ensure content accuracy, brand consistency, and executional excellence**What Do You Need To Bring?*** Bachelor’s Degree or related experience* 3+ years of experience in digital channels (marketing experience preferred, general digital experience required)* Jira, Mural or Figma experience is a plus* High attention to detail, organization, and time management* Strong conceptual analytical skills* Experience collaborating in a highly cross-functional organization* Strong understanding of digital customer experiences and performance metrics **Benefits & Perks**As an Abercrombie & Fitch Co.
