Human Resources Business Partner

This role serves as a trusted advisor to leaders across the organization, from emerging managers through the C-suite, while helping build the organizational capability required to support continued expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior executives and business leaders to align talent strategy, organizational structure, workforce planning, and leadership capability with business objectives.
• Lead and support the integration and assimilation of acquired organizations, helping align leadership, talent, culture, policies, practices, and organizational expectations.
• Drive talent management and succession planning initiatives designed to identify, assess, develop, and retain future leaders across the organization.
• Coach and advise leaders at all levels on leadership effectiveness, organizational challenges, employee relations, performance management, team dynamics, and complex people decisions.
• Lead and support organizational development initiatives focused on leadership capability, organizational effectiveness, change management, engagement, and cultural integration.
• Serve as a strategic change agent during periods of growth, acquisition, restructuring, and organizational evolution.
• Identify emerging organizational and talent risks, provide informed recommendations, and help leaders address issues before they affect business performance.
• Support the continued development and consistent application of HR policies, procedures, programs, and employment practices.
• Partner across the HR function on broader initiatives and provide generalist support as business needs require.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in related field required. Advanced degree and/or SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, SPHR, or PHR a plus.
• 7+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, ideally including HR Business Partner, senior HR Generalist, organizational development, or comparable strategic HR leadership responsibilities.
• Demonstrated success advising senior leaders and executives on complex organizational, leadership, talent, and employee matters.
• Strong executive presence, business judgment, and the ability to influence leaders across different levels and functions.
• Experience leading or supporting talent management, succession planning, leadership development, and organizational development initiatives with a strong foundation in employee relations, performance management, employment practices, and HR policy required.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, post-acquisition integration, or significant organizational transformation preferred.
• Background in financial services, wealth management, professional services, or another complex, relationship-driven business with multiple locations a plus.
• Ability to balance strategic priorities with the practical demands of a growing and evolving organization.
• Proven ability to operate effectively in environments where structure, processes, and organizational expectations continue to mature.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and data-informed talent management practices.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary range : $100,000-120,000, commensurate with experience, exempt. Bonus eligible.
