About the Role We are currently hiring a full-time Junior Marketing Specialist in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you'll support marketing initiatives, customer engagement strategies, and promotional campaigns while working closely with both our internal team and our clients. Our comprehensive training program is designed to develop future leaders by teaching campaign management, marketing strategy, client relations, and business development. As a Junior Marketing Specialist, you'll play an important role in executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer acquisition while building valuable professional skills. Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns that support client objectives. Represent nationally recognized brands and community organizations through face-to-face marketing initiatives. Coordinate campaign schedules, territory planning, and event logistics. Build relationships with customers by educating them about products, services, and promotional offers. Conduct presentations and product demonstrations as needed. Support campaigns for clients such as T-Mobile, HelloFresh, charitable organizations, and special events connected to FIFA World Cup 2026 activities in Kansas City. Track campaign performance and assist with reporting key metrics. Maintain strong client relationships while providing exceptional customer experiences. Collaborate with marketing and sales team members to achieve campaign goals. Participate in ongoing leadership development and mentorship opportunities. Assist with onboarding and mentoring new team members as opportunities arise. Qualifications Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
