Information Technology Description Product Manager Clear understanding of customer needs and translation of customer and internal requirements into actionable tasks Generation of new product ideas / vision, design Documentation (SOPs, Training Material, Specifications, Jira) End user training Working closely with technical resources to align on product development Working with vendors on product roadmap and required functionality Communication and creation of a high-level product roadmap Product demonstrations and cyclical updates Release management Application testing and troubleshooting, root cause analysis Position Requirements Additional responsibilities during system Implementation phase Implementation team management Execution of the GAP analysis Support and creation of support schedule after a conversion Testing Implementation project plan execution Implementation schedule Full-Time/Part-Time
