Registered Nurse – Long-Term Care (Travel) in West Stewartstown, New Hampshire. Start date: 08/10/2026 for a multi-week travel assignment. Weekly pay: $2,141–$2,221 per week. Responsibilities
- Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments, monitor effects, and document responses.
- Assess residents, monitor vital signs, and report changes to the care team promptly.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
- Ensure compliance with safety, infection control, and quality assurance guidelines.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license (NH) or eligibility for licensure in New Hampshire.
- Experience in or knowledge of long-term care or skilled nursing settings is preferred.
- Ability to work a rotating schedule, including afternoon/evening shifts (14:30–22:30).
- Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or as required by the facility’s policies.
