Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per-shift basis
• Supervise staff to whom appropriate patient care has been delegated
• Support nursing leadership to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care is delivered
• Monitor and manage appropriate resource utilization related to patient care at the unit level
• Ensure competency of clinical staff through ongoing oversight and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of South Carolina or compact licensure eligibility
• Experience in Telemetry or Medical Surgical/Telemetry nursing
• Demonstrated ability to assess and manage patient care in a telemetry setting
• Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in a supervisory or charge nurse capacity
• Familiarity with telemetry monitoring equipment and cardiac rhythm interpretation
