Description of Primary Duties


Primary duties would include answering the phone, making appointments, making photocopies, filing, working in Excel and Word, and other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications


Preferred applicants will have excellent work ethic and problem solving skills. Organization and computer skills are a must. Accounting skills are a plus.

Need students who have the availability to work 2-3 of these days and time frames:
Monday 10 am - 2:30 pm
Wednesday 10 am - 12:30 pm
Thursday 10 am - 1:00 pm or 1:00 to 5:00 pm
Friday 10 am - 1:00 pm or 1:00 to 5:00 pm
