Occupational Therapy Assistant

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking an Occupational Therapy Assistant to support patient-centered rehab in post-acute, outpatient, and home-based settings. In this role, you will deliver hands-on occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist, helping patients restore function, independence, and quality of life. You will implement individualized treatment plans focused on ADLs, mobility, and safety; document patient progress; and educate patients and families on home programs and adaptive strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with a clinically driven, interdisciplinary team in a supportive, learning-focused environment with opportunities for growth across multiple care settings.
