Mountain Operations Lead - Lifts & Safety

Silver Mountain is seeking a Mountain Manager to lead lift operations and maintenance across all departments including snowmaking, grooming, and safety systems. You will develop plans, train staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with ANSI standards to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will hire and coach supervisors, schedule personnel, and maintain smooth operations while serving as acting GM when needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr S-
