Home Care Aide

As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and professional support to our clients, empowering them to thrive in the comfort of their own homes. Our rigorously vetted caregivers are committed to delivering dignified support, and we are seeking like-minded individuals to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
Assist with medication management, meal preparation, and light housekeeping as needed
Support clients with chronic conditions, such as diabetes, Alzheimer's, or Parkinson's, and other special needs
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the importance of dignity, respect, and compassion in client care
Collaborate with our care management team to develop personalized care plans and ensure seamless transitions
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare providers
Requirements:
1 year of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in home care or senior care
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable)
