Crisis Assessment Shift Supervisor - PART TIME 4 days ago Requisition ID: 1313 Salary Range: $33.79 To $42.24 Hourly Job Summary This position supervises clinicians, ensuring quality care and documentation. It oversees hiring, training, and performance evaluations, provides direct clinical services, response, and supports quality assurance and interdepartmental collaboration. NOTE: This is a part time position scheduled to work 1 day per week. The Schedule The schedule for this role is one 12-hour shift per week. We are hiring for both day shift and night shift clinicians. Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:30 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM Essential Functions Provide clinical supervision and oversight on a daily and regular basis to assigned clinicians. Ensure that assigned clinicians are apprised of current evidence-based practices (EBP’s), implement EBP’s, and ensure that the agency is meeting or exceeding standards of good clinical outcomes. Ensure that all paperwork by the clinical staff is completed in a professional and timely manner and provide supervision when this goal is not being met. Work to ensure clinicians are compliant with quality and regulatory standards. Communicate with individuals and community stakeholders to provide education related to crisis services. Assist front desk supervisors in ensuring that there is a good working relationship between customer service and clinical staff and lines of communication are kept open. Job Requirements and Qualifications Education: Master's degree in social work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related fieldor Registered Nurse (RN) Licensure: Requires possession of a valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record. Must be licensed in Michigan as a clinical social worker (LCSW), psychologist, professional counselor (LPC), or marriage and family therapist (LMFT). Training Requirements (licenses, programs, or certificates) Certification in crisis intervention or trauma-informed care Experience Requirements Previous experience in crisis intervention or emergency mental health Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems Bilingual or multilingual abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques and mental health assessment tools Basic understanding of community resources and referral processes Job Specific Competencies/Skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to remain calm and focused under pressure Empathy and strong ethical standards Good documentation and record-keeping skills Knowledge Requirements
