Nursing Care Services ProviderThe primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned Resident's with routine daily nursing care services in accordance with the Resident's assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.ResponsibilitiesProvides activities of daily living assistance to the residents, as directed from each Resident Service Plan assessment, and related duties as per assignment sheet.Reads the communication log for general resident information as well as information specific to one's assignment sheet.Reports all accidents and incidents immediately.Prioritize tasks to ensure optimum services to residents as requests and/or needs change.Assist Resident in personal nursing care function such as mouth care, dressing, bathing and nail care.Assist Resident with bowel and bladder functions (i.e., take to bathroom, offer bedpan/urinal, portable commode, etc.)Assist Residents in preparing for activity and social programs (i.e., church services, parties, visitors, etc.).Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transporting Residents into and out of beds, chairs, bathtubs, wheel chairs, lifts, etc.Assist Residents to walk with or without self-help devices as instructed.EducationHigh School GraduateMust have be CHHA or CNA from the State of New JerseyBenefitsFlexible spending account401K Retirement planPaid time off (vacation, sick, personal, holiday)Vision insuranceDental insuranceHealth insuranceLife insurance
