About the Role

As an LPN at Stillwater Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Community, you will be responsible for:

• Providing direct care to residents in our skilled nursing facility, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans

• Assisting with the daily management of residents' nursing needs and oversight of direct care staff

• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care and support

• Participating in care conferences and contributing to the development of individualized care plans

• Maintaining accurate and detailed records of resident care and treatment

Requirements

• Valid LPN license in Rhode Island

• CPR certification

• At least 1 year of experience in healthcare, with a preference for long-term care experience

• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, as needed
