Transplant Hepatologist in Southern California

About the Role Loma Linda University Faculty Medical Group’s Transplant Institute seeks a full‑time Transplant Hepatologist. The role involves outpatient clinic duties including general hepatology, pre‑ and post‑transplant care, outpatient endoscopy, and inpatient service with rotations 1 in 4–5 weeks. Night/weekend call is shared with GI, totaling about 5–6 weeks per year. The physician will also teach students, residents, and fellows, and may pursue a clinical or health‑services research focus (average 3 half‑days per week protected time). The program performs 100–110 transplants annually and operates satellite clinics in Palm Springs, Murrieta, and Riverside county. Qualifications Board certified or board eligible in Transplant Hepatology and Gastroenterology. Valid state‑level medical license and California residency required upon start date. Not eligible for Conrad 30 Waiver.
