Finance Controller

Responsibilities Develop and coordinate GC QSC Strategic and operational planning processes including LRP, ABP, and CMF to ensure alignment between business strategies and financials, delivering targets for P&L, working capital, and cash flow management. Serve as the key finance contact connecting with HQ QSC / GC Commercial, ensuring new processes, KPIs, and regulations are anchored in China. Steer actual GC QSC business development, identify opportunities and risks, and engage with management and business partners to take action so financial commitments are met. Partner with QSC, Finance, and Business teams to perform dynamic analysis and provide data analytics and insights that support decision making on QSC investment plans. Collaborate with the hub to complete monthly financial closing and reporting, performance reviews, SOX tests, and lead the hub in Planning & Forecasting activities (CMF, LRP, ABP, etc.). Provide GC QSC actionable dashboards and performance analyses with recommendations to aid business partners in making fact‑based decisions.
