Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess individual patient needs and design personalized therapy plans aimed at achieving their functional aspirations.

• Collaborate with Diverse Teams: Partner with fellow OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to provide comprehensive and holistic care.
• Train Patients and Caregivers: Instruct patients and their families on therapy methods to ensure sustained progress at home.
• Evaluate and Document Progress: Monitor clinical outcomes and adapt treatment plans as necessary to keep patients on the path to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Ongoing education or advanced certifications are encouraged and fully supported.

Licenses and Certifications

• Current license as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) .
• Mandatory certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy).
