About the Position

Job Title: CT/X-Ray Technologist Profession: CT Tech Specialty: Radiology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum 2 years License: CT and X-Ray License, OBMI State License Certifications: BLS Must-Have Skills/Experience: Ability to perform both CT and X-Ray exams independently. Description: 60-bed acute-care, full-service facility. Fully accredited by The Joint Commission and certified as an accredited Chest Pain Center. 24-hour Emergency Department is available. The position supports inpatient and Emergency Department exams. Volunteers will work alongside a night ultrasound technician. Common diagnoses and treatments vary; a wide range of cases is handled. The typical patient population includes all ages, with minimal pediatric work involved. The position involves a manageable volume for one person across both modalities. Additional order preparation tasks may be required during slower times. Equipment used includes GE VCT main CT scanner, Discovery RT, and digital X-ray machines. The work environment encourages a supportive team dynamic. Candidates should possess good communication skills and a task-oriented mindset. Attire includes any solid color scrubs, and a light blue scrub set will be provided. Open-toed shoes and shorts are not permitted.
