Physical Therapist (Float) OutpatientBaylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist (Float) for outpatient coverage areas including Bedford, Eastchase, Lake Worth, Aledo, and Weatherford. Salary range is $75,920-$103,084.80, depending on candidate's years of experience.Responsibilities include:Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessmentPatient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a dayTimely and accurate documentation using Therapy SourceInterpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reportsEnsuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accuratelyPromoting continuous quality improvementInstructing and counseling patients/families as neededQualifications include:Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment or as required by state regulations.Equal Opportunity Employer including Disabled/Veterans
