Partners Personnel Hiring: Customer Service for Norcross Showroom

Partners Personnel is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a Norcross location. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer support to builders, contractors, dealers, remodelers, and homeowners. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, order processing, delivery coordination, and issue resolution while working closely with the sales, warehouse, and logistics teams.

Job Title: Customer Service Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and support showroom visitors (handle several calls and visitors daily)
  • Perform other administrative assignments
  • Record all walk-in customers
  • Answer basic questions related to our cabinets
  • Learn basic knowledge about cabinets
  • Direct customers to the correct pickup location
  • Process payments for walk-in customers
  • Bilingual ability is a plus (English–Spanish)

Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to read and process customer orders
  • Ability to cross-reference payment status in the database
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer-focused and reliable
  • Retail customer service experience required
  • Experience answering phone calls
