Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Jacksonville, FL is hiring Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) for our Pediatric Transitional Nurse Team to support medically fragile children during transitions to home care. You will work with high-acuity patients, including trach/vent care, TPN, and emergencies.
