Job Description:
ON CALL: RN: Hospice
HCHB experience and experience with Home and GIP hospice care.
Position will float between the Marion and Mansfield territories which covers a general area of 30+ miles from our offices in Marion and Lexington Ohio.
Schedule: 7 on and 7 off
Starts 5p on Friday through 8a Monday. Starts 5p Monday ends Tues at 8a and repeats until ending Friday morning at 8a. Then off until the following Friday at 5.
We will need this individual to cover a 40 mile radius of that Marion office every other weekend and both Marion and Mansfield areas on the alternate weekend.
